Murfreesboro, Tennessee – Maximum Change, Inc. a Leadership Coaching and Consulting firm announced today the formation of a strategic partnership between Maximum Change, Inc. and Syngii, LLC. Syngii is a full-service coaching, consulting, and training firm which provides external support and services to businesses, associations and foundations.

Through the partnership, Maximum Change adds to the strength of the Syngii brand through the development of entrepreneurship, innovation, socially responsible business models, networking, interim leadership, organizational assessments, coaching, training general business and assistance in the growth of emerging businesses and markets. In return, Syngii adds to the Maximum Change branding by elevating a platform of opportunity that engages businesses in transformative growth by helping individuals and organizations learn, share, build, express, dream, and lead their organizations with greater impact.

This partnership will serve businesses in Middle Tennessee while continuing to develop a global reach.  Both firms are headquartered in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 32 miles southeast of Nashville and just thirty-five minutes from the Nashville International Airport. Murfreesboro is considered one of the fastest growing cities in the state and is home to Nissan North America’s manufacturing facility and Middle Tennessee State University. Located at the geographic center of the state and adjacent to two major interstates, Murfreesboro is poised to continue to see growth as organizations such as and Pillsbury continue to open and grow facilities in the area.

Philip Foster, Founder/CEO Maximum Change, Inc. & Syngii Executive Partner, has over 20 years of business experience in general business, entrepreneurship, organizational and strategic leadership. Foster is a Leadership Coach and Business Consultant serving leaders and their organizations for over 18 years. Mr. Foster facilitates change by helping leaders and their organizations design and implement strategies that maximize focus and deliver results that impact how they think, engage their followers and stakeholders and by assisting organizations in creating a leader/follower, open architecture, learning culture that supports the behaviors necessary for lasting change and success. He obtained his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Tampa, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MOL) from Regent University and is presently enrolled in the Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) program with an anticipated graduation of May 2014. Philip is published author who lectures on the subject of leadership, organizational development and Open Organizational Systems. His work experience includes government, not-for-profit and for-profit organizations ranging from media, consulting, engineering, manufacturing, and government. Philip is the Founder & CEO of Maximum Change, Inc. where he specializes in training, workshops, organizational and strategic leadership, open organization modeling, organizational assessments, planning, coaching, mentoring and more.

Jim Genet, Founder and CEO of Syngii. Mr. Genet has  30 years of leadership  experience including most recently, 8 years as Vice President of Corporate Operations for Reeves-Sain, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DataSchenk, Inc., small group strategist at World Outreach Church plus another 15 years in leadership recruitment and training positions in multiple small and large churches.  Mr. Genet specializes in leadership recruitment and training, strategic thinking, tribe and/or team development, speaking and writing. Jim is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BA in History, and a MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary with emphasis in Leadership Development and Communications

Jennifer Kelchner Founder/CEO Avid Seed and Syngii Executive Partner, has over 20 years of business experience as a trained facilitator, talent development, process development and performance improvement, leadership, project management and communications; working for LifeWay Christian Resources, Homeland Entertainment Group, Wells Fargo and most notably with  Deloitte for six years. She is a graduate of business from Johnson County Community College and has continuing training through Harvard Business School. Jennifer is founder and CEO of Avid Seed, a socially conscious organization focusing on change that brings hope and life through sustainable solutions that ignite sparks to bring change in lives through speaking, coaching and writing to move individuals from their past pain into the lives they were created to live. Avid Seed’s mission is to partner with other organizations and businesses that seek to foster change through a Business as Mission model around the world.

Robert DeSalvo, Co-Founder Insocium and Syngii Executive Partner, dedicates his time and passion to working with individuals and groups in a variety of personal, business, and healthcare settings to cultivate personal change with the goal of creating assertive and influential people.  He has a history of working across the organizational spectrum, from the front line worker to top-level executive. In an effort to channel his expertise beyond the professional world, Robert shares his knowledge through speaking engagements, community building, and as a graduate school professor at Middle Tennessee State University.  He obtained his B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Social Work with a focus on clinical and interpersonal skills from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.  He is the co-founder of Insocium, a company that focuses on the Personal Side of Business.  The team works to move organizations past mediocrity through individual change that includes training, mediation, mentoring, and one on one focus work.  The Insocium leadership duo has 20 years of experience in business and personal development.
